    Get More Sleep:

Everything in this universe needs rest and a pause, and your body is no different. Rejuvenate and start fresh the next day.

    Conscious eating:

You are what you eat. If you eat only potatoes, you become a potato. Be aware of when, where, and what you are eating. Tell your brain that you are eating.

    Exercise:

Achieving physical peace. Just like mental peace, physical peace is essential. It’s okay to go beyond your comfort zone and push yourself sometimes, at least once daily.

Stay updated, keep learning, and share your knowledge: Without ample room for these three essential actions, you risk lagging in the 21st Century.
