Currently managing Asia’s First Project Finance for Permanence (PFP)-an environmental conservation project called Bhutan for Life.
I have worked as Project Coordinator and a Portfolio Manager at the Gross National Happiness Commission (now Department of Macro-fiscal and Development Finance under the Ministry of Finance) for more than 5 years.

I have managed various multilateral and bilateral projects from project formulation to stakeholder consultation to the project closure.
Bhutan for Life Program
2022 - present
Asia's first Project Finance for Permanence (PFP) model providing sustainable funding solution to support the Protected Area Networks of Bhutan to perpetuity.
Bhutan AI Society
Bhutan AI Society is the non-profit AI community in Bhutan, fostering networking, knowledge sharing and learning for an equitable, responsible and ethical AI adoption in Bhutan.
GCF Readiness Programme
Readiness support is provided to countries through National Designated Authorities (NDAs) and/or focal points (FPs). Readiness funding can also be deployed to strengthen Direct Access Entities.
Joint SDG Fund
The Joint Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Fund is an innovative instrument to incentivize the transformative policy shifts and stimulate the strategic investments required to get the world back on track to meet the SDGs.
DEWA Dashboard
The Dashboard to Enhance Wellbeing of All, or DEWA in short, is an integrated platform to monitor and track the progress of Gross National Happiness (GNH), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Five-Year Plans.
Bhutan's 21st Century Economic Roadmap
The roadmap responds to His Majesty's call for economic self-reliance and resilience. It outlines strategies to increase Bhutan's real GDP tenfold by 2050 and develop a knowledge-based economy while upholding the principles of Gross National Happiness (GNH)
